There are two comfortable beds Materasso *** 90 x 200 cm offering relaxation to 2 people. Optional quality extra foldable bed can be added (Luxor 80 x 200) when required.

Two leather seats and a small table is available for additional comfort. There is also a LED TV with sattelite signal and multimedia functionalities available.

Kitchen is on the same floor and is shared together with other two rooms. It allows a comfortable preparation of common meals. It includes induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are for sale on place), fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary for a common cooking and serving. There is also a dining and social area in the kitchen with seating for 6 people nad view to a garden, stream and mountains.
