Comfortable and spacious room Double Plus for maximum of three people (2 + 1 on extra bed) with its own toilet and shower. View is to a quiet street and a forrest.

There are two comfortable beds Materasso *** 90 x 200 cm offering relaxation to 2 people. Optional quality extra foldable bed can be added (Luxor 80 x 200) if required.

Two chairs and a small table is available for additional comfort. There is also a LED TV with satellite signal and multimedia functionalities available.

Kitchen and dining area is on the same floor and is shared together with other two double rooms. It provides everything necessary to prepare your meals. It includes induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are for sale on place), fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary for a common cooking and serving. There is also a dining and social area in the kitchen with seating for 6 people and view to a garden, stream and mountains.

Big advantage is a private wellness accessible in Štyri Lipy.

There is a free WiFi connection available in all rooms. There are two rooms of this type available and both are on the ground floor.
